I want to emphasise the idea of mass mentality or following the herd in today’s message. We’ve seen recently people panic buying and stockpiling essential items in the wake of the Coronavirus. What is driving this behaviour is primarily, fear. So how do we maintain equanimity (calmness) when there’s chaos in the world? It lies in our response to handle negativity and not catastrophise the situation.

    It is so true Tony, fear is a mindset and we get to choose our mindset. Peace is one thought away. I believe that fear is here to teach us how to evolve to a more peaceful and calm place. Without fear, we are free to create the life that we want to live. Without fear we are free to create in an unlimited way.
