Blisspot brings to you the latest wellbeing education and insights. Collectively the Blisspot community has a passion to foster our connection with ourselves and to those around us. All Blisspot Wellness Leaders have enthusiastic followings and have achieved huge successes in their own right. For example: Dr. Margaret Paul, an expert in self-love has appeared on Oprah, Ana Holub, a forgiveness expert has received the Champion of Forgiveness award from the Worldwide Forgiveness Alliance and Beatrix Schmidt, sleep educator has spent the last 10 years studying, researching and training people to sleep. This is just to name a few, as amongst our Wellbeing Leaders from all over the globe you will find the support you're looking for.

A Force for Good

We cannot control other people, although we may be able to be a positive influence. Before we can positively influence others, we must feel positive and peaceful ourselves. The world is currently going through challenging times. Natural disasters, viruses and the actions of others can be beyond our control however the one true thing we can control is ourself.

When we are able to make choices around our responses and behaviours, it allows us to feel peaceful and calm regardless of external events. When collectively we have the ability to choose to feel peaceful and centred regardless of others, we become a force for good. This positively impacts our family, friends, community, nation and ultimately our world.
