      Rose Jones When I really can't sleep, I often write down every single thing that is bothering me and then close the book in an effort to close the thoughts. Or scrunch up the page and throw it out. More often than not it works.

      Deborah Fairfull LOVE these simple, practical poses to get a better nights sleep. I have been an avid yoga practitioner for 30 years and have never thought of using these poses to help me get to sleep. I am looking forward to trying them out. Thankyou Dawn.
