You feel blissful when your energy system is open and expanded; flowing from your heart space, connecting you to your natural state of love, kindness, and compassion. The more conscious you are of your inner world, the abler you are to make choices that allow you to experience bliss. Your inner world consists of thoughts, that create your feelings, that when unobserved can.

Your inner world consists of thoughts; that create your feelings, that when unobserved can unconsciously drive your behaviour. However, learning to observe your thoughts and feelings, allows you to consciously choose your behaviour, and to respond to life in an empowered way.

No one consciously creates a life of pain and suffering, this type of life is unconsciously created. Developing awareness of your inner world makes it possible to create consciously a life that you love.

Step-by-step guide:

  1. Have the courage to look at your inner world: as you may find emotions, such as; sadness, anger and fear that you would prefer not to face. It may seem easier to deny your feelings or push them back down within (repression) or even blame others for your feelings, but these approaches will keep you stuck in pain. Instead, lovingly observing and validating all your feelings (even the uncomfortable ones), will allow your emotions to flow through your energetic system and for you to return to your natural state of peace.

    While observing your feelings, you may become aware of limiting beliefs, as you make the shift from unconscious to conscious. Awareness gives you the opportunity to create positive beliefs that support you in creating the life you desire.

  2. Find the stillness within, by going beyond the instability that your thoughts and emotions can create. When your mind is still and calm, you are free of stress and worry. This can be done by activities such as meditation, yoga, qi gong, gardening, sports, hobbies, being in nature, and doing things you love. Calming your thoughts can, in fact, be done anytime, anywhere, while walking or driving, for example.Your mindfulness is all that is required!

  3. Connect to the love that is all around you. When you are empty of restless thoughts and emotions, there is space for you to receive the wisdom of the Universal Intelligence (also known as your intuition), allowing you to create a life far more magical than you could alone. When you connect to this wise, loving energy, you can co-create your life consciously, in a way that allows you to feel happy and blissful.

    In fact, you are love. Love is your essential nature, a way of being who you truly are. Love is a verb, a doing word. Ways you can experience the joy and bliss of expressing love are:

 • Using your gifts and talents to make the world a better place.

 • Doing kind deeds for others.

 • Expressing unconditional kindness and compassion towards yourself and others.



Unconditional love is when you love others, and yourself regardless of the things you find challenging, such as; difficult emotions or behaviours. When you treat yourself in an unconditionally loving way, energy radiates from you and connects you to others.

Transcending the ego is leaving a state of selfish thinking and entering the blissful state of selfless being, that engages you with life, in a loving way.

The more conscious you are,  the more you can transcend unconscious patterns of behaviour, creating a life from love rather than fear. This loving energy is the energy; that creates worlds which are unlimited, full, and complete – allowing you to experience Bliss Every Day.
